1. General
By accessing our website or booking/purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. "We", "our", and "us" refer to Saffan Ltd trading as Cambridge Car Audio.
2. Bookings & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.
One reschedule is allowed with 7+ days' notice.
Additional changes incur a fee of 50% of the deposit.
With less than 7 days’ notice, 75% of the deposit may be retained.
Cancellations within 24 hours result in full deposit forfeiture.
3. Vehicle Use & Social Media
Vehicles booked with us may be featured on social media.
If you do not want your vehicle to be shown, please notify us in writing before drop-off.
Number plates will be obscured where possible.
4. Warranty
Warranty is valid only if work is completed at our site (CB25 9JD).
Transport costs for warranty-related visits are the client’s responsibility.
Repairs by third parties are not covered unless authorised by us.
Negligence, misuse, or unauthorised modifications void warranty coverage.
5. Payments
All payments must be made in full before vehicle collection.
We accept cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrencies.
Website package prices are subject to vehicle inspection.
6. Product Packages & Inspections
Online packages are indicative and subject to on-site assessment.
Final spec and price may vary after vehicle inspection.
7. Online Orders: Cancellation & Returns
Orders can be cancelled only if not yet been dispatched.
Returns accepted within 14 days if unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Return postage is not covered.
Refunds are issued via original payment method within 7 working days.
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Inspect your item on delivery. If damaged, mark as “damaged” or refuse delivery.
Faulty or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours, with photos.
Once confirmed, we will send replacements or arrange a refund.
9. Vehicle Responsibility
Vehicles are insured while in our care.
We are not liable for personal items or aftermarket accessories left inside unless declared on arrival.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services provided.
